BROWN SILK

Brown Silk is a granite from Brazil, characteristic and distinguishable thanks to its base brown tone, constant but not uniform: an unmistakable structure of veins and inclusions runs along the entire length of the slabs. Many steps had to be taken to make it as it appears today: this stone was forged, over millions of years, with inclusion of the greatest variety of minerals, exposed to enormous pressures and extreme temperatures. The optical effect that is created brings images of silk to our imagination with smooth, elegant, fluid and captivating consistency. Thanks to its properties this material adapts perfectly to many different uses, for example on wide surfaces as wall or floor coverings.
